We are very happy to offer our Sparkling Brut.  Paul loves good Champagne and wanted to produce a dry sparkling brut that everyone can afford to put on their table.  Made in the traditional ways used in Champagne (called Methode Champenoise) including being hand-riddled.  It is in the dry Brut style, has hints of wildflowers with tart green apple flavor and racy acidity, and the wonderful aroma of vintage Champagne.  This is going to be great for the holidays.
