This has become one of our most requested wines.  It is not your typical Rosé: barrel-fermented with indigenous yeast, unfiltered and unfined, aged in old oak barrels.  It's taste is dry and full-bodied, deep with grapefruit and musky stonefruit aromas mingling with strawberry and a touch of bergamot.  Finishes with a velvety, refreshing dryness.  Great with salads and light fare.
