Made in the traditional ways used in Champagne (called Methode Champenoise), it was hand-riddled and aged in the bottle for over 5 years. It is in the dry Brut style, has hints of wildflowers with tart green apple flavor and racy acidity, and the wonderful aroma of vintage Champagne.
